Joining

Who can join, and what does it cost?

Anybody who books with us, and it is free. Join with your email: we send a six-digit code, and your card is ready the moment you type it, with 250 welcome Miles on it.

I have booked with you before. Is that on my card?

Yes. Your card belongs to your email address, so every booking you have made with that address is on it from the start, and everybody who signs in to their account or books with us becomes a member on their own.

Earning

How do I earn Heyo Miles?

1 Mile for every US$1 you pay on travel with Heyo Travel: journeys, hotels, days out, transfers and flights, booked on the website or with our team. Select members earn 25% more, Elite members earn 50% more, Signature members earn double.

When can I use them?

They are on your card as pending the moment your payment arrives, and become yours to use the day after your trip ends.

Can I invite friends?

Yes. Your card page in your account has your own invitation link. When a friend joins through it and their first trip with us of at least $300 is over, you are given 1,000 Miles and they are given 500 Miles, for up to 10 friends in any 12 months.

Is there anything for travelling with you often?

Yes. When your 3rd, 5th and 10th trip with us is over, we add 500, 1,000, 2,500 bonus Miles, ready to use at once.

Do I earn on the part I pay with Heyo Miles?

No. Heyo Miles are earned on the money you pay, so a booking where Heyo Miles took $50 off earns on the rest. Everything you pay by card or to our team earns as usual.

What do Heyo Miles not earn on?

Card fees and taxes do not earn. Booking through one of our partner agencies? Give the agency your card number: that booking earns at 40% of your tier rate. A refund or a cancellation takes back the Heyo Miles the booking earned.

Using Miles

How do I use Heyo Miles?

100 Miles take US$1 off a booking, from 1,000 Miles at a time and up to 20% of the booking. Ask our team on any booking.

Can I turn Heyo Miles into money?

No. Heyo Miles have no cash value and are never paid out: they are money off travel with us.

What if a booking I used Heyo Miles on is cancelled?

The Heyo Miles you used on it are given back to your card.

Tiers

How do I move up a tier?

By the Heyo Miles you earn on travel in any 12 months, before any tier bonus: Select from 2,500, Elite from 7,500, Signature from 20,000.

How long do I keep a tier?

The rest of the year you reach it, and the whole of the next, even if you travel less in the meantime.

Do I keep the benefits of the tiers below mine?

Yes. Each tier gives everything the tiers below it give, and adds its own.

Your card

Can I keep the card on my phone?

Yes. Your card is in your account at any time, ready to show on your phone or to print. Saving it to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet is coming soon.

A booking is missing from my card. What do I do?

Bookings made with the email on your card are added by themselves, including the ones you made before you joined. If one made with another email or through someone else is missing, tell us from your card page in your account with its booking reference, and our team adds the Heyo Miles it earned.

Do Heyo Miles expire?

Only if you go 24 months without earning any. We write to you 60 days before, and any trip you pay for in that time keeps every one.

Programme termsThe rules of Heyo Rewards in full, in 11 clauses. They sit alongside our booking terms, which they do not change.

Heyo Rewards is run by MYDN GROUP LLC, trading as Heyo Travel. Membership is free, personal to one email address and cannot be transferred, sold or combined with another member's.
Heyo Miles are earned at 1 for every US$1 actually paid on travel booked with Heyo Travel, multiplied by the member's tier. A price in another currency is counted in US dollars at our rate on the day. Card fees, taxes and amounts refunded do not earn. A booking made through a Heyo Travel partner agency earns at 40% of the member's tier rate when the agency adds the member's card number to it.
Heyo Miles are credited as pending when payment for a booking arrives and become available the day after the trip ends. A booking with no travel dates releases them 30 days after payment. A refund, a cancellation or a payment that is reversed takes back the Heyo Miles it earned, from pending Heyo Miles first.
Tiers are reached by the Heyo Miles earned on travel in the last 12 months, before any tier multiplier: Select from 2,500, Elite from 7,500, Signature from 20,000. A tier once reached is kept for the rest of that calendar year and the following year. Heyo Travel may award a tier at its discretion.
100 Miles are worth US$1 off a booking with Heyo Travel. They can be used from 1,000 at a time, for up to 20% of a booking's total and never more than is left to pay. Heyo Miles have no cash value and are never paid out as money. Heyo Miles used on a booking that is cancelled are given back.
A member may invite friends with their own invitation link. A friend who is not yet a member and joins through it is given 500 Miles, and the member who invited them 1,000 Miles, once the friend's first trip with Heyo Travel, of at least US$300 paid after any refund, has ended. A member is rewarded for at most 10 friends in any 12 months. Inviting oneself, a second email of one's own or a made-up person is not an invitation, and Heyo Miles given for it are removed.
As a thank-you, bonus Heyo Miles are given when a member's 3rd trip (500), 5th trip (1,000), 10th trip (2,500) with Heyo Travel has ended. Only trips that were paid and travelled count, never bookings still to come or refunded in full. Bonus Heyo Miles are available at once and do not count towards a tier.
From time to time Heyo Travel runs bonus campaigns, published on this page with what they are for, the days a booking must be made on, the members they are for and any limit for one member. A campaign's extra Heyo Miles are given when the trip is over, are taken back in the same measure if the booking is later refunded or cancelled, and do not count towards a tier. A campaign may be ended at any time; Heyo Miles already given are kept.
Heyo Miles expire when the member has earned none for 24 months; we write 60 days before. Benefits are offered subject to availability and to the conditions of the service they apply to.
Heyo Miles obtained by error, misuse or a booking that was never paid are removed. Heyo Travel may change the rates, the tiers, the benefits or these terms by publishing them here; Heyo Miles already available are not reduced by a change. Should the programme end, members are told at least 90 days ahead and may use their available Heyo Miles until then.
