Terms & Conditions
These terms cover the Heyo Travel website and the reservations made through it. The commercial terms for a particular booking, including its price, its payment schedule and its cancellation conditions, are the ones shown with that booking and repeated on its confirmation.

1. Who you are contracting with
MYDN GROUP LLC, 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Ste 204, Miami, FL 33137, USA trades as Heyo Travel. It is the entity named on every quotation, invoice and voucher we issue, whichever of our offices your enquiry reaches, and it is the party responsible for coordinating the services you book. Individual services are performed by the suppliers named on your confirmation: hotels, ground operators, guides and carriers.
2. What a price on this site is
Every price shown is calculated from a supplier agreement we hold, on the dates and the party you entered, at the moment you asked. When you book, the price is worked out again on our side from the same agreement, and if the two disagree by more than a rounding step the booking is refused and you are asked to reload rather than being charged a figure the page did not show you. The price you are charged is the price the page showed. Where a service carries a fee that is not ours to set, such as a consular fee on a visa application, it is named separately and never folded into ours.
3. What happens when you book
A booking is made and paid for in one step, and you receive a reference beginning HY straight away. That reference is your booking: it holds your name, your dates and the amount paid, and it opens the record and the conversation on it. What still has to happen is confirmation with the supplier operating the service, and we do that immediately. In the rare case a supplier cannot confirm what was booked, we offer the nearest equivalent and, if you do not want it, refund you in full. We do not keep money for a service we cannot deliver.
4. How a card is taken, and where
A booking can be settled by card or by bank transfer, and the choice is made at the checkout. There is no card field anywhere on this website: choosing a card hands you to our payment provider, a licensed European payment institution, and the card is entered on its pages and held by it. Heyo Travel never sees, stores or transmits your card number. Nobody here will ask you for card details by email or by telephone, and we never change our bank details by email. A transfer goes to the account named on your booking and your invoice, and to no other.
5. When payment falls due
On booking. A booking is paid when it is made, by card or by transfer, and the confirmation is the receipt for it. The fifteen-day term that appears on our supplier documentation is the schedule on which Heyo Travel settles with the hotel under folio GC-TUR-2627-003; it is not the schedule you are billed on and never has been. Where a group is quoted rather than sold from a rate card, the quote states its own deposit and balance dates before you commit to anything.
6. Changing or cancelling
Cancellation conditions belong to the supplier and vary by product, so they are published with each one rather than as a single rule here: a day out may be cancellable up to five days before or not cancellable at all once booked, and the page for that day says which. Ask us in writing, quoting your reference, and we will tell you what the supplier’s conditions allow before anything is cancelled.
7. What the traveller is responsible for
Passports, visas and tourist cards, entry and health requirements, and travel insurance valid for the country you are entering remain the traveller’s responsibility. Cuba requires medical insurance valid in the country and a border official may ask to see it. We sell visa and insurance products and we will tell you what we believe is required, but the requirement is set by the authority of the country you are travelling to, and it is the one that decides.
8. Accuracy of what you tell us
Names must match the passport they will be checked against, and a party of three is held under three names for that reason. A flight number given for an airport transfer is what the driver tracks. Where a booking is refused at the door because the details given did not match the traveller, the supplier’s cancellation conditions apply.
9. Things outside our control
Airlines, hotels, ground operators and public authorities change schedules, close roads and revise conditions, and weather in the Caribbean does the same. Where a confirmed service changes we tell you through the thread your reference opens, and we arrange the nearest equivalent we can. Where a supplier cancels, what you are owed is what that supplier’s conditions and the applicable law provide.
10. What this website is and is not
The public site is for discovery, planning and requesting. It is not an account system and it holds no live inventory: nothing on it should be read as availability confirmed in real time. The AI planner shapes an itinerary from what you describe; it does not book, price or confirm anything, and what it suggests is checked against a real agreement before it becomes a quotation.
11. Using the site
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, to reach parts of it that are not public, or to take content from it for another commercial travel product. The Heyo Travel name, the interface and the writing on it are ours. Photography and mapping used on the site remain subject to the rights of whoever licensed them to us.
12. Complaints, law and forum
Write to info@heyotravel.com quoting your reference and we will answer in the same thread, which keeps the whole history of a booking in one place. The law that governs a particular booking and the forum for any dispute about it are stated on that booking’s confirmation, because they depend on the supplier and the country the service is performed in. These public terms should be read alongside that confirmation, and both should be reviewed by qualified counsel in the relevant operating jurisdictions before being relied on commercially.
