Who you are dealing with
A small company with its own people on the ground
Heyo Travel is a brand of MYDN GROUP LLC. Your booking is contracted with MYDN GROUP LLC, 28 W Flagler Street, Suite 300B, #474, Miami, FL 33130, USA. That is the company named on every invoice we issue.
Trips are planned and held together from the Istanbul office, the ground is run from Havana by people who live there, and the Miami desk is the nearer one for travellers and partners in the Americas. Three offices, one file: whichever you reach, it is the same booking on the same screen.
We work directly with hotel groups and local partners wherever we can, so a rate on this site is one we can stand behind when you book. Flights, and the hotels we do not contract directly, are booked live with trusted global partners at the price shown before you pay.

- TransfersAirport pick-ups and intercity runs priced on the published tariff over the real road distance, for the whole vehicle.
- FlightsSearched live, with the baggage on every fare shown before you pay. Once your payment is confirmed, the booking is made with the airline automatically and we email you the airline booking reference once the airline confirms it.
- Entry and coverWhat each country asks of your passport, and medical cover that is valid where you are going.

- Your reference, straight awayYour booking reference and receipt arrive at once, and your vouchers and documents follow before you travel.
- We are reachable while you travelThe same team, the ground office in Havana, and your reference open the file from anywhere.
