Your client pays us directly and nothing is booked with a supplier until that payment is confirmed. We run every service on the ground; you follow it all from your workspace and earn commission once the trip is done.

Questions agencies ask
Who can apply?
Registered travel companies: travel agencies, tour operators, online agencies, destination management companies, corporate travel companies and independent advisors working under a registration. We verify every company before it sells.
Is there a fee to join?
No. There is no fee to apply, to open the account or to keep it. You earn commission on what you sell.
How is commission worked out and paid?
Each partner earns commission on every booking it sells, on terms agreed with that partner and set out in the agreement both sides sign. It is confirmed once the trip has taken place and is paid in full, shown on your commission statement, and paid by bank transfer when you request it.
Who pays, and when is the booking made?
Your client pays Heyo Travel directly, by card. Nothing is booked with a supplier until the payment is confirmed, so neither you nor your client carries that risk.
Do my clients stay my clients?
Yes. Clients you bring are yours. We do not market to them on our own, and you follow every booking, document and message from your workspace.
Can I sell travel to Cuba to travellers from the United States?
Travellers subject to United States law may visit Cuba only within the categories that law authorises. Our booking forms ask each such traveller for the declaration the law requires, and the agreement explains your part in it.
What happens after I apply?
We read the application and answer in writing, usually within two working days. Once approved, your workspace opens; you confirm your email and WhatsApp, upload the company documents, and sign the agreement electronically. Selling opens after our final approval.
Can I see the agreement before I sign?
Yes. Once your account is open, the full agreement and its key terms are in your workspace under Contract, and you sign only when you are ready.
