Open a support request, choose Cancellation or change, pick your booking and tell us what you need. We check the terms of each service in the booking and tell you exactly what is possible, and any cost, before anything is changed.
Some services cannot be changed or refunded once booked, such as flights and hotels abroad, and this is shown before you pay. Tours and transfers follow the terms on their page. The earlier you write, the more we can do.
