The whole process in this workspace, start to finish, so you know what to tell your client at each point. Always book from here: a booking made on the public site is not linked to your agency and earns no commission.
The same steps every time, so you always know whose move it is.
- You find it: Under Find a product: journeys, hotels, transfers, days out, visas and insurance, priced for your client, with your commission on each. What has no room left for the party is not shown.
- You book it on our checkout: The same checkout as our website, in the same four steps: what is booked, your client and every traveller as on the passport, the payment, and the confirmation.
- Your agency pays at once: From your commission balance, by your agency’s card, or the commission first and the card for the rest. The booking and its reference are made in the same step, and a quote for your client prints under your own name.
- We confirm it with the suppliers: Each hotel, transfer and day out, usually within 24 hours. Your booking shows every service as it is confirmed, and we email your agency’s contact when it is.
- Invoice and commission: The invoice appears under Invoices. Your commission reaches your balance 48 hours after the last service, once the booking is paid in full, with a statement of its own under Commission.
- Documents: Vouchers and programmes are added to the booking as they are issued, ready to send to your client.
