- The dates: Close to arrival a hotel can refuse a room it no longer holds. Send it all the same, and tell your client it is being checked rather than that it is booked.
- The ages: Every child’s age, not just how many. It changes the price, and a wrong age is the most common reason a confirmed price has to be reissued.
- The passports: Names exactly as printed, and the nationality, which decides whether a visa or e-Visa is needed.
- Insurance: Cuba requires medical cover valid in the country, and it can be asked for at the border. A policy that excludes Cuba is the common failure.
